For the ultimate results:
1. Prepare your skin by exfoliating before tanning, particularly around dry areas like elbows, heels and knees.

2. Apply to clean, dry skin. Work a small amount of product into the skin in circular motions, using the guide colour to ensure the whole area is covered. Use sparingly on elbows, knees and ankles.

3. For a natural finish rinse off after 2 hours, for a medium colour rinse after 4-5 hours and for a dark result rinse after 6+ hours. This product can be reapplied to achieve a deeper colour if required.
