With a fibre bundle slightly shorter and less wide than the Linear 6, the Linear 3 makes it easier to create linear shapes, like filling the eyebrow, or a soft liner around the eye.
The Linear 3 brush is designed to be used with liquid, cream or powder products such as:

The Elite Collection solid metal handles use paired elliptical/oval shapes with a bundle design that offers thousands of fibres all aligned to form a linear shape. The double oval design and unique bundle orientation is exclusively patented by Artis, and CosmeFibre® is trademarked. The Elite Collection handles are produced using a proprietary metal alloy similar to what is used in the manufacture of luxury car engines.
