Directions: Wet hands and face with warm water, mix 1 spoon (from the supplied) in the palm of the hand with water. Gently massage face with small circular movements. Leave on for 1 minute in the morning and 2 minutes in the evening. Rinse with water. Follow with Clean Collagen.
