Introducing Hyperblend Pro Finishing Pens: a set of four complementary finishing tools designed to uniquely interact with light and deliver an assortment of effects on the skin (mattification, gloss, glow, and contouring) without the use of colored pigments.

There are four different finishes the Artis Hyperblend Pro Finish pens create:

1. The Light Pen – Accents areas of the face by reflecting light. It is formulated to apply a transparent “glaze” which enhances how the light refracts on that surface. The finish achieved is similar to how fresh, moisturized skin glows in daytime sunlight, without looking artificial or “glittery”. 
2. The Shadow Pen – Visually sculpts areas of the skin with a proprietary particle blend that interacts with and absorbs light rays to look very subtly and naturally shadowed. Because it’s made of a particle blend designed to interact with and manipulate light, vs. adding a tint on top of the user’s skin tone, this pen delivers a realistic and beautifully subtle shadow finish on virtually any skin color. 
3. The Matte Pen – Changes the light rays on the skin by trapping them through subsurface scattering to provide a matte effect. The Matte Pen allows for focused application, which can be very helpful in achieving subtle sculpting effects or covering blemishes. 
4. The Gloss Pen – Creates a glossy, yet transparent finish to the skin. Light is significantly reflected from the application, and this pen also can enhance color depth when applied over or under a color makeup product layer. The Gloss pen was formulated to provide a realistically enhanced skin sheen rather than a tacky, high-shine top coat like other beauty products.
